First and last label of bottom axis

How do we ensure the first and last label of bottom axis are always visible.Bottom axis is time axis.

I suggest you take a look in the Demo project, concretely in the sample First and Last label, I think can help you to achieve as you want. You find in All Features\Welcome !\Axes\First and Last labels.
