Error insalling TeeChartNET2012_4.1 on win 2003 server SP2

I am trying to install TeeChartNET2012_4.1.2012.07130.exe on a windows 2003 server development machine, but the installation fails after entering my licence details and clicking next.
Error message is:
"Error running c:\program Files\Steema Software\Steema TeeChart for .Net 2012 4.1.2012.0.7139\Utils\TeeCalc.exe
41875889903 15661935 41827497462 4.1.2012.07130 NET 15661935 : child killed: unknown signal"
(Windows 2003 server sp2 x86, with Visual studio 2010 SP1)

Strange error message (child killed: unknown signal).
Does the machine have internet connection?
Do you run the installer with high privileges?
Could you please try downloading the installer again? The download may be corrupted.

Thanks for the sugestions Yeray, turned out that the problem was that I did not have .Net 3.5 installed.
