Does Silverlight dll 4.1.2011.4197 supports customized?

I am looking at a requirement where i need to show customized tooltips when the mouse moves over the datapoints.Is there any to change the tooltip template in Teechart silverlight dll 4.1.2011.4197?

I think you can use Marktip, you can take a look to Silverlight Demo , concretely in the sample of MarktipTool. If you have any problems please let me know.
