Introduce new TSeriesMarksStyle - smsLabelPercentValue

Hi.

It would be nice to have a new TSeriesMarksStyle including "Label, Percent, and Value" (smsLabelPercentValue)
By now I manually create my own marks text including these information.
This however produceds some workarounds, e.g. if the "Other" slice is shown.

It would be really helpful for my if you could introduce the new TSeriesMarksStyle "smsLabelPercentValue".
Could you please add this to your wish list for upcoming release?
