Could not Open Install.Log file

I'm trying to uninstall a old version of teechart an I get this error:

Could not Open Install.Log file

how can I uninstall it?

Hello wakeup,

Seems the file are uninstalled, but seems it doesn't removed from the list of programs, my recommendation is you following next steps:
1.- Go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features
2.- Remove from the list of all Programs the TeeChartfor.Net Vxxxx.
3.- Remove the folder where you there was installed TeeChartFor.Net Vxxxx.

If it doesn't works for you, please let me know.

Hi, but how can I do the step 2? I only have the option to uninstall and uninstall doesn't run... It is Windows 2008 server

Could you please, do uninstall? When you do uninstall should appear a message with a question, where tell you if you want remove the component from the list, you must click to yes. Could you confirm us if it appears for you and can remove the component?

The problem is preciselly I cannot do uninstall... At least from control panel...

In this case, try to remove first the folder where you install your old version of TeeChartFor.Net, try again to remove it to list of Control panel\ All Programs.

Could you confirm us, if it work in your end? If it doesn't work, please send the image with steps you do to try to uninstall the TeeChartFor.Net.
