TeeCreateBitmap clips Line serie to size of TChart component

Hi,

This bug only appeared in 18 Dec 2013 Beta release.

I have a stock chart with a line (price) series and a bar (volume) series.

If I use TeeCreateBitmap with a rectangle greater than the height or width of the TChart component, then the line series gets clipped to the size of the TChart component. The bar series does not get clipped.
