Tchart Redraw

The positions of my text labels are not correct when I plot a chart. I have a Tchart.Draw option to refresh the chart, but it still does not update the position of the annotations correctly. This appears to be a bug. I have to clear the chart and completely redraw it with code to update the annotation labels. I am using the latest version with VB 2010 NET.

Can you please send a Short, Self Contained, Correct (Compilable), Example project to reproduce the problem here?
