Steema offers a TCalendarSeries
Is there a way to plan not just the days, but the hours of each day as well?
If yes: how?
if not: is there an alternative?

I'm afraid not.
How were you thinking to display the hours?
Here it is a simple example showing an Annotation with some text when a concrete date is clicked:
