We have a problem with license registration via Internet connection. Our license information is:

We wrote to sales email in order to obtain a key to do the manual registration. But they didn't aswer. Is there other concat email?

Writing to sales should be fine. We are on the Central European Time zone so you probably wrote them in non-working hours. I'd expect you'd receive a reply in a few minutes. Otherwise please let us know.
