ROTATED BOTTOM AXIS LABELS INCORRECTLY POSITIONED

In TChart version 8.02 I rotated bottom axis labels and they looked correct as per attachment. In version 2013 they are not correctly placed as per second attachment. In version 2014, the same problem exists. Can you advise what I need to do to get the desired label placement?

Thanks Yeray, is there any chance this could be fixed in the next version? It is significant for us to have this in our next release. Rolling back to the early release of 2013 wont work for our code is there are GDI+ issues.

Forgot to say here the ticket was closed the 30th April 2015 but the changes were applied on the sources the 11th March 2015, so the v2015.15 published the 20th April 2015 includes the fix.
