trouble Installing QRChart

My setup is Delphi XE7, Latest QR and just bought TEE Vcl 2015 (with source)

Installation of TEE 2015 had the following problems:
a) after reaching almost the end "TEEInstall" hanged. I could see in the task manager that both the installer and TEEInstall.exe were running, but there was no response.
b) Killed both and run TEERecompile manually
c) Loaded Delphi, tried to compile a project and the following occured
c1) QRTEE was not found
c2) after changing the sequence of the lookup directories, I was getting other errors for other files that could not compile.
d) looked up the TQRChart install instructions which suggest to compile tee9QR5D21.dpk. Well, there is no such file in the source code.

Can you please provide a step by step procedure for a clean install of TEE9 2015 along with the latest of Delphi and QR

Thank you. It worked. It gave me an error that the Tee9QR5D21.otares file was missing. I copied the Tee9QR5D20.otares file from the source code and it worked.
Perhaps you should include it in your distribution package
