Series get accidentally deleted

When I create a series on a chart and then:

1. Right click on the chart properties.
2. Click on Series Collection.
3. Click on a series member and then on Data Source.
4. Click on the highlighted ... button
5. Click on the Series.Data Source tab.

then all the series on that chart appear to be deleted and can't be recovered.

Is this a known fault?

I'm using the latest, publicly available version of TeeChart, 4.1.2015.03110, but I don't seem to be able to reproduce the issue. Here is a video of my attempt to do so:

Your steps seem to be the same as the ones I have taken. I'll try to reproduce the fault when I get the chance.
