teechart pro .net v2010 in vs 2013 with targetframework 4.0

Hello,

I use visual studio 2013, when I try to follow " tutorial 9 TeeChart and WebChart and ASP.NET "
with targetframework=4.0 chosen when creating new website and I drop WebChart object from Steema Software section in toolbox
and then I build project, I get

Warning 1 The primary reference "TeeChart, Version=4.1.2014.8124, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=9c8126276c77bdb7, processorArchitecture=MSIL" could not be resolved because it was built against the ".NETFramework,Version=v4.5.1" framework. This is a higher version than the currently targeted framework ".NETFramework,Version=v4.0". teechart_net_frm4

and error:

Error 2 Unable to resolve type 'Steema.TeeChart.Web.WebChart, TeeChart, Version=4.1.2014.8124, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=9c8126276c77bdb7' c:\users\xxx\documents\visual studio 2013\Projects\teechart_net_frm4\teechart_net_frm4\Properties\licenses.licx 1 teechart_net_frm4

after I change targetframework to 4.5.1, and build, the problem disappears.

Problem is, that environment where I need to publish website has only 4.0 framework
Is there way to use the teechart pro .net v2010 with framework 4.0?

Could you please tell me which version of TeeChart for .NET 2010 you are using, exactly?
