Direct 2D Crashes if windows was hidden

The BugID TD29016645 is still (TeeChartNET2017_4.1.2017.03140) not fixed (see http://teechart.net/support/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=14198). It's a shame! You propagate to use Direct2D instead of GDI rendering in cases when performance is mandatory but you are not able to fix a four year old bug which leads to fact that Direct2D is unusable. Do you know the walk of shame in GOT? Go and walk it! I know your product since good old delphi days and it is the only affortable chart component which is able to display a lager amount of points but it is full of errors and problems since the beginning and they all stay over the time!

I have personally looked at this problem a couple of times without being able to solve it. I believe the error occurs within the SlimDX library TeeChart uses to interface with Direct2D, but I have no code that can reproduce the problem outside of TeeChart.
