Transfer TeeChart license to new computer

[Innervations]

We are upgrading our development computer and need to transfer the license for TeeChart .NET across. TeeChart is all installed on but when I run the TeeCalc_Lic.exe and click activate I get "The activation process has failed"

I tried manual authorization but cannot locate the 44 character code.

Our customer code is J1318006
