Legend Problem - Round Frame

I'm having problems with the painting of the legend in the latest v3 release. I installed the 3.5.3575.14456 update build version.

Now every legend in my application is drawn like in this sample application that I created (top line dissapeared and quality of border is much worse than before):

This doesn't look anymore like it used to look in previous versions. You can easily reproduce this by making a new project, adding a TChart to add, set the legend to display the series names, and set in Format a round border.

Btw... the designer editor of TChart is not properly remembering this round border checkbox.
Btw... it looks ok in the designer, but not once you run the application.

I could reproduce you problem using last versions (3 and 4) of TeeChart.Net. I have added this in Bug Report with number [TF02014538], and we try to be fixed in future releases.
