Global Assembly Cache

Unable to install or run application. The application requires that the assembly TeeChart needs to be installed in the Global Assembly Cache. I am using Visual Studio 2008 and need a little help with this.

Have you tried installing it as the following link says? Please, could you say what exact problems did you have?
