Crashes on zooming/pannig on colorgrid series

I have used colorgrid series for heat map implementation .Initialy this work was on TeeChart for .NET v2 .
in this version zooming and panning works fine ,But on zooming or panning in the latest version TeeChart for .NET 2010 application crashes
For further investigation again i used TeeChart for .NET v2 .with out changing any code of my project , zooming and panning works fine there is no crash .
please tell me why this is happing in TeeChart for .NET 2010. how can i solve this problem.
One more things i observed that this problem is for only colorgrid series not for tower series.

I have checked if zooming and panning works here and using Demo project, All features\Welcome !\Chart styles\Statistical\Color Grid these works correctly. Can you please, try to arrange a simple project for us, so we can reproduce your problem exactly here and we try to find a solution for it?
