Question of TeeChart Pro for Visual Studio .NET v2011

Hello,

I have a question of installation.
When I install TeeChart Pro for Visual Studio .NET v2011, it is asked to register manually.
What is the cause?
As reference, when I install TeeChart Pro for Visual Studio .NET v2010, there was not this process.
< Direct Connection to internet -> Manual Registration >
Please let me know if you have installation guide.

Hello,

I don't remember when such activation was added exactly but this is to validate each TeeChart license/installation in our servers to prevent fraudulent using. Moreover, this only appears when the installer is not able to connect to the internet automatically hence you may not have noticed that before. Also, there's a limited number of installations (20) allowed per installer. If you exceeded this number you could also get that message. If you think that's the case and this was for a justified reason we could increase this limit. For both cases: manual activation required or maximum installations reached; please contact our Sales Dept. at sales at steema dot com.

Hello,

The machine is connected to the internet and we don't install limited number of installations (20).
I think there may be another reason.

Hello SKEnergy,

Activation for v2010 worked in the same way, so you activated a 2010 installation on the same machine at some earlier stage then it is likely that the connection is ok and that the problem lies somewhere else in the activation process. You can contact, as recommend Narcís, with our Sales Dept. at sales at steema dot com, the activation code presented to you by the phone activation dialogue and they will send you the activation code.

But there is no reply to my request.

I have talked with our Sales Dept, they have told me, have sent you an e-mail where they have provided the new activation code. Can you please, check your e-mail and tell me if you received the activation code. If you don't receive the e-mail, please let me know.

I inform you that we sent an e-mail to your distributor where there was the activation code in 25 of September and we resent it in 27 of September. Please ask your distributor, if have received your activation code e-mail. On the oher hand, I recomend taking a look in your spam folder to check the activation e-mail isn't in there. Moreover, we would be very gratefull if you can verify your e-mail direction and tell this us again.
