Access deny when try to view a chart

All,

When I tried to view the chart on web, An error mesaage displays...
Access to the path "C:\Program Files\Steema Software\TeeChart for .NET v1\TeeChartForNET\_chart_temp\WebChart1172162005383096604262847.png" is denied.

I know it's a security issue. How do I fix it? However, when I tried to view the chart on the server (Local machine), there is no error.

Hi Amy,

This may be due to the default security configuration of IIS6.0.
To remedy the problem, follow the instructions indicated in the error message for the file "C:\Program Files\Steema Software\TeeChart for .NET v1\TeeChartForNET\_chart_temp"

The _chart_temp is a folder created by TeeChart for .NET to temporaly save the images showed in the web page. You will have to grant permissions to store them.
