How to normalize the time in x-axis?

How to normalize the time in x-axis?

:?: Somebody knows how to normailze the time in x-axis? I try to make a function to do it, but the
"Chart2->BottomAxis->Increment = DateTimeStep[dtFiveMinutes];" doesn't work ok. Somebody have a solution?
