Series created from Database creates problems in Editor.

Hi,

TeeChart verison : 1.1.2004.16592

I have followed your Tutorial 8 - ADO.NET Database Access

After completing the tutorial, I added a new bar series via the Editor using a Random Datasource.

Moving back to the default tab I did the following:
1/ Select the first series (created from database)
2/ Press the down button to move the series down.
3/ The order changed, however, the Editor insists on keeping the series at position 0 selected.
The default behaviour should be to keep the Database series selected. (position 1).

This only appears to happen when I add a series with the series Datasource set to to Database.

Please can this be fixed.

Hi Vaughan,

I've been able to reproduce this issue and added it to our defect list to be fixed for the next maintenance release. It's a pitty as it missed last version which has been released today. However, also notice that this has already been fixed in TeeChart for .NET v2.

I have just download the latest evaluation from your website

2.0.2040.15118

I have tested this again with this version and still the same thing occurs.

Hi Vaughan,

I have checked it again and I can confirm that it works fine in v2 at design-time and at run-time indeed. This fix is included on our latest debug build release.
