Bar Chart with Average

I would like to have a bar graph that displays the averages of the bars. For example, a graph has 3 bars.

Values:
1 - 15
2 - 17
3 - 9

Now I would like a line graph that is the average. In this case, a line graph would display across at 13.67.

Is this possible?

Yes, this is possible and it is quite easy to get with TeeChart functions. For an example you should have a look at features demo examples under "All Features\Welcome!\Functions\Standard\Average". You'll find the features demo at TeeChart's program group.
