Install problem TeeChart 7 (Delphi 8 .net)

When installing TeeChart Pro 7 for Delphi 8 .net I get the following error message:

Error: can not find .NET CAGUTIL.EXE in current search path.

After this, a message appears that installation has succeeded and that the machine needs to be rebooted.

After the reboot, and Delphi is started, the following error window appears:

Error loading IDE Assembly or package

Failed to load C:\PROGRA~1\STEEMA~1\TEECHA~1\Delphi8\Assemblies\Steema.TeeChart.Vcl.Design.dll.
C:\PROGRA~1\STEEMA~1\TEECHA~1\Delphi8\Assemblies\Steema.TeeChart.Vcl.Design.dll
is not a Delphi package/assembly

What should I do?

I got an email from Steema today that says that they are working on an updated installer that handles this issue.
