unhandled exceptions during installation

Received 2 unhandled exceptions while installing TeeChart for .NET:
Application has generated an exception that could not be handled...
Title bar...TOOLBO~1.EXE
Process id=0x1180 (4480), Thread id=0xd10 (3344)
and
Title bar...TEEGOF~1.EXE
Process id=0xfa4 (4004), Thread id=0x1324 (4900)

Running Windows 2000 SP3 with .NET Framework 1.1.

Would like to know what the problem is before installing in production environment.

Hi --

On the download page there are two binary installers available, one for:

Latest Binary version: 24/Mar/2004 1:02 AM, Build 1.1.1544.23908
TeeChart Pro for Microsoft Visual Studio .Net - Registered version. Supports installation in Visual Studio.NET 2003 Framework v1.1.4322.

and the other:

Version for Visual Studio.NET.2002 only. Compiled with Framework v1.0.3705: 24th March 2004 Build 1.0.1544.23908

Are you sure you downloaded the first of these?
Do you have MSDN Help installed on your machine?
