Unable to find manifest signing certificate in the store

While building progect I faced the following error:
"C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Microsoft.Common.targets(1718,7): error MSB3323: Unable to find manifest signing certificate in the certificate store.
Done building project "Diag.csproj" -- FAILED."
I use latest Update Build of teeChart V2.

What can it be and how to fix it?
